TRI-WHEEL TANDEM

Lars* (16 years old) has been suffering from a brain tumor since 2010. Due to his illness, he is unable to attend school.

He is 100% severely disabled and has care level 5. His mother provides his care.

Due to his numerous impairments, Lars* would benefit from a tandem tricycle. The positive impact on his motor skills would encourage him to move his legs independently.

The health insurance company refused to provide support, and the family could not afford the bicycle on their own. The Franz Beckenbauer Foundation supported the purchase.
