The Franz Beckenbauer-Stiftung is a legally capable foundation under civil law, based in Hamburg, founded on 30 April 1982 in Hamburg. The foundation's governing bodies are the Board and the Board of Trustees. The Board is responsible as the legal representative of the foundation both externally and internally.
